Not only did they help me plan my logistics and decoration for the wedding but they also helped me run errands when everything was crazy on the day of. And impressively, when my dress’s bustle fell off on the dance floor, they even had an emergency sewing kit to save the day!!! My wedding was super smooth because of their help and coordination. “Our daughter hired Jewell to assist with day-of wedding coordination. I was the wedding planner, but it was clear that assistance would be needed on the actual day so we could focus on enjoying the experience. Little did we know just how beneficial the services would prove to be. Jewell was in touch with our daughter on a regular basis in the time leading up to the wedding. They were a good match for each other since our daughter is also incredibly organized. Jewell coordinated with all of our vendors as the point person as the day approached. She also took a lead role in setting up the venue the day prior to the reception and visited the site twice the day of the wedding to ensure all was ready to go. She organized the processional at the church for the rehearsal ceremony and the day of the wedding and was turnkey in getting all of our guests on the shuttles heading to the reception. Basically, Jewell was so attentive to detail and took so much pride in all going smoothly that she invested two days to help even though technically she was hired as a “day of” coordinator. I can’t recommend Jewell and her team enough. She is a pleasure to work with and is not only incredibly organized and on top of every detail, but she is also a wonderful person. “Jewell and the entire Oasis Team was the best decision I made with wedding planning. We had an 130 person wedding in Princeton, NJ, with our ceremony at a church and reception at a country club. Leading up to the wedding Jewell was incredibly supportive, with regular zoom meetings. She was always calm and supportive with planning, and helped iron out logistics. Jewell and her team came out to the reception site a week before the wedding to do a walk through. The entire team was always responsive and easy to reach via email. The team helped out at the welcome party and rehearsal, coordinating multiple vendors and putting out day of fires. The day of the wedding Jewell, Becky, and Gabby handled everything. They were incredibly professional and had every detail executed how I wanted it to be done. They worked well the photographer and other vendors. The team was helpful to our parents and bridal party, giving them direction and instructions. They were inconspicuous when it was important and present when it was needed. Everything was perfectly organized the next day when my parents went to pick up items, not a single item lost. “I am not even sure where to start with Jewell and the Oasis team, they were everything I could have asked for and more! I knew Oasis was going to be perfect for us from my initial video call with Jewell. After every call with Jewell I felt more and more at ease.
